Terms of use

You must be at least 16 to hold a KEMSTRY account, and at least 18 to use any dating feature. We may ask you to confirm your age and may close accounts we believe belong to under-age users.

Keep your login details private, use a real identity, and don't impersonate another person, business or organisation. Business, community and creator accounts must genuinely represent that organisation.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• No scams, fraud, advance-fee requests or fake job or service listings.
• No spam, bulk automated messaging or scraping other people's data.
• No sharing anyone's private information — address, phone number, documents — without consent.
• No illegal goods, services or work offers.

You keep ownership of your content. You give KEMSTRY a licence to host and display it so the app works. We can remove content that breaks these terms or the community guidelines.

KEMSTRY helps people meet, hire, sell and connect — but we are not a party to what happens offline. We do not vet individuals, employers, service providers or items unless a listing explicitly shows a verification we performed. Always read the Safety centre before meeting anyone.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we keep a moderation record of those decisions. You can appeal through the help page.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app — Profile → Privacy centre → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

KEMSTRY is provided as-is. We'll tell you about material changes to these terms in the app. Final legal wording will be provided after professional review.
